The political climate of the world has changed since those "COLD WAR" days. Back in the 1960's, when JFK was President he gathered his national security team as the world was on the verge of nuclear war during The Cuban Missile Crisis. This weekend US President Obama and Cuban Dictator Raul Castro are expected to meet, making this a historic moment, following a decades long embargo, as well as a number of attacks.
