Attention all NYC Subway strap-hangers in the Bronx: The MTA has officially begun a million dollar rehabilitation project to fully renovate the stations at Pelham Bay Park, Buhre Avenue, Middletown Road, Zerega Avenue, and Castle Hill Avenue.

From October 5th until May 2014, the Middletown Road and Castle Hill Avenue stations will be CLOSED. All 6 train users are urged to use the closest stations during this time period.
