A panicked punk's reaction to courtroom bombshells is causing him physical pain, misery, sorrow, distress, and financial sores.

Attention all INFO a-holes. Lies damaging particular individuals aren’t constitutionally protected, but lies about the state of the world are. For example: if you keep saying #COVID isn’t real is protected by the First Amendment. However, spreading lies about a doctor treating COVID patients is NOT.

The jury deliberated less than one day and ordered Alex Jones to pay over $4 million in compensatory damages to the parents of a child killed in the Sandy Hook massacre. The jury now comes back to consider punitive damages tomorrow.

On trial was Alexander Emerick Jones an American loudmouth, alt-right, and far-right media bully, bullshit artist, and conspiracy theorist. As his defense entered the final day of a defamation trial, the #InfoWars lawyer offered contradictions to the parents of a Sandy Hook shooting victim:  An attorney for Jones said that the parents deserve a total of eight dollars for their pain and suffering.

An attorney representing the Sandy Hook victim's parents maintained that parents deserved $150 million total in damages due to the conspiracy campaign that Jones led on his network InfoWars, calling the shooting that left 20 dead a "hoax," and the victims, "crisis actors."

Jones: Sandy Hook shooting was '100 percent real'

Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones testified that he understood the damage that was done in declaring the Sandy Hook massacre a hoax.

Alex Jones and his "whole world of trouble"

On Friday a jury in Texas decided to punish Alex Jones for his on-air rants claiming that the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting was a hoax. CBS News legal analyst Rikki Kleiman talks with correspondent Martha Teichner about Jones' continuing legal problems.

Injury results in sores. Sores occur as a symptom of an underlying disease or serious condition, such as cancer. The new developments concerning Alex Jones’ perspective on matters related to the attack on the US Capitol are relevant, so it's not surprising that the January six committee seeks those phone records to learn more about the wider cast of characters.
