CELEBRATION?

Is the world preparing to celebrate the indictment of Donito Assolini, an alleged American criminal who only cares about himself?

With Russia's help, he stole the first election but failed the second time because most American voters rejected lies. Like him, his shrinking minority continues to be election deniers, climate deniers, and haters. And so it goes… etc.

The following are comments from two GOP-selected judges commenting on the January six U.S. Capitol riots

"What happened that day was, in some ways, as serious... an offense as there can be, given that it threatened the peaceful transfer of power from one president to another. The damage done that day was tangible and intangible," Judge Timothy Kelly, appointed by President Trump.

These are quotes from judges appointed by Republicans sworn to uphold the law of the land.

"If people start to get the impression that you can do what happened on Jan. 6, you can associate yourself with that behavior, and that there's no real consequence, then people will say why not do it again," Judge Reggie Walton, appointed by President George W. Bush.

Meanwhile, DOJ Special Counsel Jack Smith is reportedly constructing a conspiracy charge - Conspiracy To Obstruct A Congressional Proceeding - against Trump. CBS News reports this, and If the order hangs off the statute 18 U.S. Code 1512 (c) (2), it carries a maximum sentence of 20 years. Robert Costa reported Jack Smith is "looking into a possible conspiracy case against Trump and people around him trying to block the Congressional proceedings on January six" and that witnesses "are being asked about what kind of national security levers Trump was asking about in those final days." And Smith's other primary investigation - the Classified Documents Trump stole and were found at Mar-a-Lago - is still in play. But everyone knows that only by acceptance of the past can we learn from them.

The former president faces two criminal probes from the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and special counsel Jack Smith, a criminal investigation in NYC, New York, and another from Fulton County, Georgia, District Attorneys.

Anxiety surges as Donald Trump may be indicted soon: Why 2024 is 'the final battle' and 'the big one."
